radio buttons: I want only one to be selected

I'm sorry if this question has already been asked, but the 'search' in this lounge is not functioning (I only get one page with my searchresults).

I have made a question with 4 radiobuttons, only one button (answer) may be used so the other 3 must stay empty. But the problem is that all of the buttons can be clicked and stay clicked. In the end there is no possibility to choose an answer at all: all buttons stay in the anwser-mode. There is no reset(variable) for radiobuttons.

What can I do to make it work the way I want it?
