radio buttons: I want only one to be selected

Usually, the only way you can get a multiple choice question using radio buttons to select more than one radio button at a time is if the answer is the same for each of the radio buttons. Is that the case? That is the actual text block within the question, not any additional text blocks that gets added to the page.
