Quiz/Make-Up Quiz

Do you intend to have the retest happen within the same training session, or do you intend for the learner to come back later? 

If the former, then I think you can do this. You could pull this off with only one section with questions. Have the learner answer each one and keep track of the answers. On the last page, perform an action to Goto Next Page (or section) if ALL of the following is true: Question_0001 = right answer, Question_0002 = right answer, etc. Else, Goto the first page of the section with the questions. Then, the learner quickly advances past all the quesitons he got right (so quickly that it shouldn't even register) and stops at each question that he got wrong. Although, you would need some sort of notification that the learner is going back through the quiz. If you didn't have something in place, then from the learner's point of view, it would look strange to go through Q1 through Q20 and then suddenly see Q4 again--with his answer already selected. He might not know that he is supposed to correct that question. Obviously, there are some usability concerns that you need to address.
