quiz template with different settings?

wfz,

As long as you were to include the course title in all of the various images you used, it would be present for all of the pages of your test regardless of the image. It works for me to create the back grounds I will use in my class and place them in the Image Library. Then I just dis-inherit the Title level images and or items I don't want on my test page from the list and select the desired background from the drop down list.

Your test page will take on the look you want for it while leaving the title chapter and pages intact.

As far as the image library goes, anytime you add an image to your project, you have the option to add the image to the library. You can right click on it and select Save as Library object. Just give it a name you will readily recognize and you are set. The image will be available to you from the Image Drop down list.

One thing you may be aware of is that when using an image as a back ground, if it is not the exact size of your viewable area, it will tile. The way I get around that is to place the image on a page, then take a picture of the page using SnagIt. I save the image as a .png and add it to the image library. Then it fits perfectly and looks seamless. Tip: if you do this, when setting up the page to take a picture, dis-inherit everything you do not want on the image. Then when you set up the page, you can leave inheritance on buttons, etc. just change the back ground image.
