Oh, almost forgot...Your NextButton that is not initially visible can be at the chapter level. However, you'll need to disinherit that button on your LAST chapter page, and then copy it to that page and give it a different action. Instead of its action being simply "Go To Next Page," you'll need to have it be "On Mouseclick, Submit/Process Test/Survy," and the Target is your test.
