Quiz Cancel Button - Redirecting to a Different Page

The cancel button that is added by the Quiz wizard has an action in properties to "On Click" Action - Cancel Test/Survey Target - ExamOne. When I cancel in Preview Mode it returns to the first page of the title. I added a secondary action to the Cancel button to return to the Quiz launch page after it cancels the quiz but it still returns to page 1 of the title. Any ideas why it is ignoring the second action?
