Quick and Easy Question... Please Help

Hey,I know that I some settings wrong, but I can't figure out which ones. When the course I built is tested, on page 22 and every page after a dialog box will pop up that tells user "the course is trying to access information that is not under it's control" and it's followed by an error box which reads "no HTTP support Internal Server Error"what do I need to do?
