Quick Help, much needed

Trying to remember...I believe that the issue self corrected once scoring and tracking took care of itself...Though I will add that at the time that particular issue seemed to go away and now we're dealing with something similiar because we have courses which reside on one server and the LMS is on another, and so we have cross-domain scripting, which normally doesn't function with Javascript, but for some reason one of our courses is working and the rest aren't. When they don't we get a similiar message about not being apply to pull up the http for a certain page...still figuring this one out...Although of decent support was the technical support at Trivantis, they even let me load my course on their server and tested it themselves... pretty quick response too...
