Hi Grace,Using the Web 2.0 Pop Ups should not prevent feedback popups from appearing for custom feedback. If you did indeed have Javascript errors on the page, this would have prevented the page from rendering properly. Now that you have resolved issue #1, what happens if you turn back on the publishing option?
