Putting a time limit on each question in a test

One possible solution:
Place a button on the page with a "transition in" and delay of one minute (or whatever the desired timeframe is).
Place an action on the button: on show - go to - next page.
Edit: this button (or graphic .. whatever you choose) is in addition to the "next" button which allow the user to answer the question and then move on without waiting the full minute.
