Another useful piece of information to include is the fact that the course is launched from the index.html file. So if, for example, your IT team is posting a course on your intranet, the link for the course needs to point to the index.html file.
This assumes that you did not change the name fo the first HTML file in the Publish dialog box (the very last field on the Options tab.) It's a good idea to keep the name as index.html, since that's a universal standard for the first page of a website.
