Publishing issues?

I have seen the numbering when someone copied and pasted from a word processor or when they used Word during translation instead of WordPad. I have seen one instance of this happening when someone claimed they did not do those things. The for sure cure is to cut all the text in the text block and paste unformatted. Another cure might be to export using the Tools menu > Translation Tool, apply numbering to all, remove numbering, reimport.
