Better Printing support

I frequently cannot print a course. Things like complete system hangs and the like occur when I try. I've tried printing to different printers (PS, PCL, PDF, SWF) and had the same results.Unfortunately, there are still folks who need to have the paper in their hands to review the course. The only recourse at the moment is to screenshot all the pages and paste them into Word.
