Publishing errors with disinherited actio

I have several actions in the title section that update the current page name of a course. I have a chapter that I do not want the page name to appear, so I excluded the page name text box. Now when I go to publish as HTML, I get errors saying I cannot. Why would just excluding a text box cause this? The error is something like: "acts on an object that has been deleted from the title or is no longer accessible from this page"I have several actions in the title section that update the current page name of a course.
