anchor links in scrolling text area

I am having a problem with this.I am trying to set up an FAQ window that can be accessed at anytime during the program. The FAQs link to answers in the same scrollable textbox. The problem that I am having is that the FAQ menu is set up as a group identified at the beginning of the program so that it can be inherited in all following pages. Since it is in a group and not on a page, its not available in my Go To dialog.How would I go about using anchors in an RTF? I think that might work for me.
