published quiz with bullet points at both ends in choices

It's strange that many of the choices have a bullet before the text and some even at the end of a answer choice. From within Lectora, I didn't see anything abnormal, but the extra bullets show up in the published quiz.
Also it's strange, a button to exit a feedback page would not work if published on my PC, but it would work on a colleague's PC. His version is earlier than mine. He can't see Flash published with his copy but will see if I publish it for him.. Anyone have this issue too???
