I have been trying several publishing options in Lectora 11.3.2. When I publish to Web or for SCORM, it seems to generate HTML-only content. I see no SWF files. Does this mean that Lectora does not create dual-platform output?
What will be the effect if I play a title in IE8? what will work and what won't?
