Providing Feedback in Test Results Page

Is it possible to include specific feedback in the Test Results?My issue is that my client wants test taker to be able to view feedback as they take the test...however, I think that this would allow user to be able to change their answer and always make a 100. So, I proposed that we show them the feedback at the end of the test when they are given their score.Thanks, Michele
