Problems with Text...

I'm pretty new to Lectora software and I've developed some really good training. Problem is...a handful of my 800+ users have an issue where the text runs off the screen. I'm sure it has something to do with the fact that they have changed their resolution...but how can I make the training stay on the slide regardless of the resolution?
