Problema at the FLV Conversion did inside Lectora.

Well, this is kind of irritating, but searching the forums was not suficient to resolve my problem.
Deal is :
My project is an intense audio project. My pages can vary to 10 - 100 pieces of sound in a single page.
I make use of OnDonePlay Event for short audios, and for bigger ones i create the event, using the editor inside.
My demand is to develop 2 different versions of the course: A HTML based one, and an EXE for CD/Download distribution.
I have 2 projects, one for each. Did this because of the HTML Differences Document, presented by Ben Pittman in his site, and my content (Especially Tests) may vary a lot on those 2 platforms.
It was a hard work to put all working perfectly. But it was all done and tested.
For audio, i had chosen FLV, cause of its events capability.
However :
Sometimes the audio events simply stop to work on other computers... this happens in HTML too...
Debuggin the sessions i can see that the event is fired, but action is not completed....
Also, the FLV conversion Tool dont work sometimes, especially in cases when i have more than 20 files of audio in the page. So i am always recurred to use a 3rd party program to convert my audios, and 99% of the times the result is a shitty quality sound. And when the sound is too short.... it doesent even play on any player (inside lectora or outside)
Flash in my projects operates fine. All other things do great. But audio is making my hair drop....
Please, any help, inlcuding hints will serve us well.
Thanks.
PS: What conversion tools you use with flv? Free or Priced?
