Problem with x.2a patch (published files not going to link)

We have recently upgraded Lectora to x.2a and are now having issues with the way that our courses links to simulations which sit on an internal server.
When running a html file that was published previously the link goes to:
[url]http://cdsondemand/odstrack/ondemand/dhtml_kp.html#Guid=08fd19da-6894-4d40-8bdb-4b3929c0357d&Mode=T&Back[/url]
After publishing out with Lectora x.2a the link has changed to:
[url]http://cdsondemand/odstrack/ondemand/dhtml_kp.html%23Guid%3D08fd19da-6894-4d40-8bdb-4b3929c0357d%26Mode%3DT%26Back[/url]
This link then does not work and comes up with Page Cannot be Found.
I am using an action on a button to go to a Web address to link to this file.
Does anyone have any ideas what has happened. The info about the patch didn't hav anything useful.
