Did you change only the length of the feedback text or the contents as well? If you're using 2008 sp1, there is a known error with using apostrophes in test questions - it causes an error similar to what you described. I am not certain about the length of feedback, although I've used some fairly lengthy ones before with success.Did you change only the length of the feedback text or the contents as well?
