Problem with a preconfigured Lectora popup message

Hi Nic,

Thanks for your answer.

Unfortunately – it doesn’t help me. Maybe I should rephrase my problem because I think it didn’t become clear in my first posting.

At the beginning of the test the user has to enter his name. To realize this, I opened the test properties, went to the results tab and checked “request user to enter his name to identify the test”

(I’m sorry, I use the german version of Lectora and don’t know the exact english labeling).

I also checked “Send results via E-Mail”. The name that the user typed in at the beginning is written into the test results that are sent to my account.

After entering his name, the user can click ‘OK’ or ‘Cancel’.

If he clicks OK, everything is fine and the test starts!

However, if he clicks ‘Cancel’ Lectora seems to interpret the test as failed and shows the page ‘Failed’.

The problem is, that I can’t find the popup “Enter your name” that is created by Lectora automatically (via the test properties) in the left hand pane of my Lectora working area.

Therefor, I can’t set the action of the cancel button to "On mouse click" "Exit Title/Close window".

My question is:

Can someone tell me where I can change the popup that requests the user to enter his name? … or … is there a possibility to create a field for the users name and write the name into the test results (that are also created by Lectora and that I can not find anywhere in my working area)

I hope my question is getting clearer now…

Thanks a lot for your help!
