Printing setting questions

I've had similiar experiences with the pixilated printed pages... and had to ultimatly deal with it. However, I too would be very interested in a solution to a non grainy print out w/out the banner. As a further note, I had messed with popup sizes of the print page by setting this in a separate window with size constraints and removing many of the bars etc associated with the popup window. I evev altered the window size but just couldn't seem to get away from the pixilation. So I can only suggest to improve your situation, to resize your certificate screen to match the popup window size you set when linking to the congrats certificate page. This will reduce some of the frustration. You can also put a close window function on it to close after printing, but this will not fix the pixilation issue...
