Popup windows in SCORM with SabaPublisher

I need to create content in Saba Publisher 5.1 that allows a user to click on a link within a page, that opens a new window.However, when I publish to SCORM and launch the window I get a General Exception error as the popup seemingly tries to call LMSInitialize again.Can anyone tell me how I can do this? I have seen previous posts saying this is possible with Lectora.Thanks in advance!
