pop up problem

I know this was addressed here already, but I am running into a problem. I have a pop-window with a button on it that I want to use to close the window. However, when the window closes, I want to go to the next page instead of returning to the page where you can visit the pop up. I tried a bunch of things, including what I've read on here - nothing is working and I have no clue what I'm doing wrong. I know this was addressed here already, but I am running into a problem.
