PNG Background Not Appearing Transparent

Are you viewing the pages in the IE browser? If so, try viewing it in another browser such as Mozilla or Netscape. This is known bug the IE browser where it does not handle transparency correctly for certain PNG images. This should be handled in the next 2005 service pack update.
