Playing audio across the chapter

I have some background music that I want to play across the 4 pages of the chapter but with each new page, the music starts over which is not what I want. I have placed music at the chapter level thinking this would do the trick but no. I also played around with action commandments (play,pause,play) but that didn't work either. Any ideas?
