That is a yes. As long as in the Test Properties, in the "When Completed/Passed" tab you have entered the Certificate page as your "Pass" page, the student will see the page and data sent to the database.I would suggest developing a demo with a two question test complete with the certificate and fail page and test it.Let us know how testing goes.
