Passing Captivate 4 Variable to Lectora

How do you pass a Captivate 4 variable (User or System) to Lectora?
In Captivate, you can set a value into a Lectora variable (VARmyLectoraVariable.set('myvalue');, but I don't know how to access the Captivate variable.
When run from Captivate, this works: Captivate.GetVariable('CaptivateVariable'); But when the published .swf from Captivate is inserted into Lectora and run, I get a JavaScript error ('Captivate' is undefined). Any body figure out how to reference Captivate variable in JavaScript inside Lectora yet?
