Parse Error with SCORM course

Hello...
Having a time with publishing Lectora course to AICC or SCORM standard and successfully uploading to LMS.
When upload SCORM receive 1.2 Parse Error. LMS vendor documentation states "most of the time the problem is a malformed manifest and the courseware vendor will need to resolve." HELP!!!!!!!!!!!Hello...
