Page size issue

I have my title set to 800x600. The chapter is set to "Use default". The first two pages are both set to "Use default". The first page loads correctly, but the second, whilst looking the right size, has unpopulated white space below and to the right of the content. I've also tried setting the size for each page with the same result. Does anyone have any ideas what this could be?
