'Fill in the blank.esque question type

Hi there,I've been asked to alter a question type for a client. The question is currently implemented using a fill in the blank type, but they want a hybrid of this and multiple choice really, so the user is completing a paragraph by selecting several words at the correct point from a drop down box. Can anyone think of a way of doing this in Lectora 2007? I thought this would have been asked before, but a search of the forum hasn't helped me much!
