Options for removing IE navigation?

The above works & maybe I'm still thinking in the box...but how about a way to disable the right click "Back" command? Using the onshow and open in new window and changing the window properties, I can still right click and select "back"...I've seen some posts about disabling right clicking for image saving, but I want to disable any chance that a user will navigate back external to the programmed course buttons.
