Avatars & Lectora?

I took a look at Character Builder - agree, seems so simple. However, not being a javascript person myself, managed to add it to a page and run it on the web, BUT, when I returned to the page the little beastie would not talk to me again! I guess it needs resetting or something, but I have no info to tell me how to do that.Colin
