Option to go to top of next page

Buttons for "go to next page" should have the option of going to the top of the page.
On the iPhone the button will open the next page along the same horizontal plane, not at the top. This is not only inconvenient, but also confusing when the first page is longer than the second page.
If we had the option of going to the top of the page, #top would be integrated into the coding which would fix the problem.
