Remove Image Toolbar checkbox

A while ago now, aaron posted a way of automatically removing the image toolbar from IE. This works great, thanks.To make it even easier (especially for new Lectora users), I was thinking that having a "Remove image toolbar" checkbox in Lectora's publishing settings would be very handy.
