Open in window - no toolbar

The first page of the course has a button, on click opens the next page in a new window with with no toolbar, menubar, status bar, location bar.
If the learner exits the course, and selects to return to the last page visited, the window opens with the IE toolbar, menubar, etc.
How can a force the entire course do display in a window without the IE toolbar, menu bar, etc?
