Open html page within a Lectora html page

HiI have a course that links to a blog site for students to submit their answers to questions. At the moment this opens up in a pop window which they close after they have typed in their answer.What I want to do is to have the student click the next button and to be taken to the next page in the course in Lectora but to have the web page display on that page within a certain area, keeping the banner and the navigation buttons from the course. They input their answer and submit it and the web page goes and does what it does and then the student clicks the next button in the Lectora part of the page and they get taken to the next page in the course. So it's like loading an html page in the same page but with borders from the course and I guess it might have something to do with frames but I don't have enough knowledge.Can anyone help?
