Online Course Has No Audio Once Uploaded to LMS

I created a course in Lectora 9. Ran it through all the modes and everything ran fine. The audio was fine. Published the course in the SCORM/Web based mode, uploaded it to the LMS, and took the course in my LMS and no audio. Checked the computer speakers - they were fine.Have published similar titles and formats and no audio issues.

Any ideas what the problem may be?
