Million Dollar Question Animated Game Problems

I created a Million Dollar Animated Question game in a course. When I preview the game in the Preview Mode, everything runs correctly. However, when I run in the Preview in Browser Mode - nothing seems to run correctly. The title is incorrect, the settings are wrong, etc - this carries over to the published mode.

All of the data in the parameters window appears to be in tact.

Any thoughts on what the problem is with this? Am I missing a step? Has anyone else had issues like this?
