On Process Feedback for Questions

Hello,
I am creating a course that uses the "On process" type of feedback. Depending on the answers learners select it takes them to different pages. We have everything set up in the Question Editor and an action on the Next button to "Process Question" and the target is the Question. However, when we publish the course to HTML and AICC the next button does not work.
Also, we have tried to publish using the "immediate" option inside for feedback and the course only advances if you select the correct option.
Has anyone had this kind of issue?

I've tested with a question, feedback "On: Process question", going to different pages if correct or if incorrect. I published to Scorm 1.2 and uploaded to moodle 3.0. It's working without issues.
Can you share the file so we can take a look?
