On keystroke

Ok, so, when I publish my course to ReviewLink and to HTML for a website, all my on keystrokes go to, work; however, when I publish to SCORM and upload to Blackboard CourseSites (Blackboard Learn 9.0), they stop working. Other actions, such as on click's, on show, etc. work, just not the on keystroke. Is this a behavior not allowed in SCORM 1.2?
