Notify Supervisor

We've added an additional user field for "Supervisor Email." I've looked through the Zapier integrations, and cannot seem to find a way to pull that information into a Zap. Does anyone have any luck doing something similar?

Within Zapier are you selecting the Knowledgelink TV App and choosing one of the available Triggers there? What trigger are you selecting?

The custom fields are not available in the Zapier integration. You will not be able to pass that data to the Rockstar Learning Platform.

Yes, have that selected with Session Completion as the trigger event. The issue is the user field we created, "Supervisor Email," does not appear as one of the options to chose when setting up the action.
