Not being able to save others files?

I have lectora 12.0.2 installed on two machines, when the other e-learning develop goes to open one of my lectora files and then save it we get the following error message:
There was an error attempting to save this file. The current changes have not been saved. Please try saving the files again.
The same happens if I try to access one of his courses too.
Has anyone had this?? And what could be the solution.

It seems to have something to do with file access restrictions on your system / network - your network administrator should be able to help.
