Newbee - publishing problems

I hate to ask/waste your time... but I'm stuck and in a hurry.

I've just started using Lectora for a week or so. I'm taking someone's place that created material and find myself making a small correction in his files. I found the problem, resolved it and now need to publish v1.1

When I do, the text boxes no longer fit in the player?! If I preview both his and my corrected version, they both have this problem and look identical. But somehow, his published files fit fine and look perfect. Mine hang over the edges and are cut off.

I'm publishing to scorm eLearning which is what I'm 'assuming' he did.

Is it possible that his original awt file was incorrect? Can you change the text properties for an entire document from the default on the first pages?

Once again, sorry to bug. I'm trying to learn as quickly as possible, but there is a lot going on in this software. Not sure if I'll ever see the light!!
