Needing some help :D

Hello out there. New to this forum and new to using Lectora as well. I have two questions and hoping someone can give me direction on what to do next.

1. When I publish my project to HTML there is absolutely no audio. When I test audio it is fine and when I play the project on a browser on my personal laptop I can hear audio fine. Could this be a global security issue when published to HTML within my company?

2. I have a Drag n Drop question I am trying to implement but it doesn't have "images". Basically it's text to text. Do I have to convert the text to an image? I can't go any further with the question until I add an image and this is confusing me.
