Need help removing an .exe file

Thank you Dr. Lectora, my problem is fixed. The "Source" of the project is the top file in the "left hand pane". I right clicked, went into properties, and then into additional files, where it let me remove the executable files.Thank you Dr. Lectora, my problem is fixed.
