Need help e-mailing results

When you are tyring to use the mail to feature from Lectora, Lectora is going to try to use the mail application that is identified in your browser. The hard part is not everyone uses the same type of mail application and you could encounter a variety of different outcomes. When we first started doing this we had to send instructions out to all uses on how to configure their browser (IE6 Tools/Internet Options/programs/email) to all use Outlook. I'm not sure how this is set up in other browsers as we are limited to IE6.
