n screen video

I have created an onscreen video using the Lectora screen camera. I have noticed when I play the video back as a .flv file there is a degree of distortion in the video.(You can see each pixel jumping between colors) Setting the compression rate high (reduces file size) but increases the distortion and setting it low will not completely eliminate distortion. It is almost as if the travel of the mouse blurrs things out slightly. If I leave everything still, camera resolution seems to catch up. How I can make the video that is played back look just as good as the one I thought I recorded? I'm under the assumption this has to a setting of some sort.I have created an onscreen video using the Lectora screen camera.
